Invitation to apply for ongoing community facility use in 2021
Interested community groups, small businesses and community agencies are invited to apply for ongoing use of Council's community facilities throughout 2021.
Our facilities are suitable for a variety of activities including: meetings, workshops, seminars, active and passive programs, and presentations, accommodating between 6 - 250 guests.
Applications are for ongoing bookings, a minimum of six per calendar year.
How to apply
1. Download and complete the 2021 calendar(XLSX, 21KB) (this calendar will need to be uploaded to your application).
2. Complete the 2021 External application for Council's Community Facility allocation online.
Applications close: Friday 30 October at 5.00pm.
All bookings for community facilities will be managed within Victorian government Covid-19 restrictions and guidelines applicable at the time.
All submitted applications during the EOI period will be processed in accordance with the relevant policy and procedure and the availability of the facility.
Completed applications submitted after the closing date of Friday 30 October at 5.00pm will be placed on hold and processed after all prior applications have been processed.
Some community groups may be eligible for special consideration.(PDF, 157KB)
