Venues for hire
Melton City Council has a range of venues for hire. Select a venue below to find out information on the facilities available, venue capacity and other information.
Please note: 7 business days notice for all Venues and 3 business days notice for bookings within our Libraries is required.
Our venues are suitable for a wide variety of purposes including meetings, birthday parties and other special events.
Melton City Council is now accepting casual hire applications for use of community facilities. Bookings will only be accepted and reviewed for functions taking place prior to 30th June 2021.
There will be additional requirements in place when utilising a Melton City Council community facility to ensure Covid safe practices are followed. Please note there is a cap on all bookings of up 70 attendees only per function, dependant on density quotas per space. No alcohol permitted at any bookings between now and 30th June 2021.
Applications will be reviewed and you will be notified with the outcome within 3-5 business days. Please be advised filling out a casual hire form is not confirmation of your booking request.
