Melton Library & Learning Hub
Melton Library and Learning Hub is a state-of-the art community hub in the heart of Melton. There are 11 meeting spaces that can be booked for various activities including community group meetings, arts and craft groups or business meetings and there is an on-site cafe.
The spaces vary in size from an 90 seat auditorium to more intimate meeting rooms that cater to smaller groups. There is also a dedicated recording studio available for hire however onsite training is not available.
Each room has resources available such as AV capabilities. Please refer to the specifications for a full list of features.
Laptops for use in the meeting room are available for hire at an additional cost. Please let us know at the time of booking.
Activities that promote learning are prioritised at the Melton Learning and Library Hub. No private functions.

Additional charges
Laptop Hire is $2.70 per hour/ per laptop. There are up to 20 laptops available for use.
$518.00 Bond will apply to bookings made after Library opening hours for the Balam Balam Seminar Room or $207 for all other rooms.*
(*Use of meeting spaces by external hirers is limited to Library opening hours. Anchor tenants and Library programs are permitted to use meeting spaces outside these times.)

This venue can be accessed during library operating hours (shown below). For bookings outside of operating hours, please contact 9747 5200 to discuss your requirements.
Library opening hours are:
Monday to Thursday – 8.30am – 8.00pm
Friday – 8.30am – 5.30pm
Saturday – 10.00am – 4.00pm
Sunday – 1.00pm – 4.00pm
There is parking at the rear of the building.
