Your property valuation is used to calculate how much you pay in rates. Council must value properties every year.
The 2020/2021 valuations are based on a valuation as at 1 January 2020.
Lodging an objection to your property valuation
If you wish to object to your valuation, you need to submit a completed form within 60 days of receiving your Valuation Notice or Supplementary Notice.
We recommend you talk to us or the valuers before lodging an objection. To submit an objection complete the object to rating valuation.
Instalments must be paid regardless of the objection being completed or interest penalty will apply.
