Community Training Calendar
A list of yearly FREE training sessions for community groups and individuals in the City of Melton.
We aim to provide professional and relevant training as identified by the community, with a particular focus on development and leadership.
We offer a variety of training sessions where participants can meet, grow and learn from each other in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Activating Self 2 Activating Communities workshops
Activating Self 2 Activating Communities is a FREE initiative that challenges you to look at smarter and effective ways of working together in a group setting.
It provides opportunities to network and to understand the diversity that exists in the City of Melton, to meet likeminded and passionate people working in the community, to brainstorm ideas about community needs and advocacy work and much more in a safe and welcoming space.
Join the full series of workshops or individual workshops to suit your schedule.

New groups kit
The New Groups Starter kit is a guide for groups that want to thrive. The kit is intended to assist and encourage new groups in their formation. It outlines the process and specific steps to help establish community groups in Melton and for those who are already part of one, with tips and strategies to run effectively.
