The City of Melton offers a wide range of parks and leisure spaces for people of all ages including skate parks, lakes, adventure playgrounds and barbecue facilities. Bridge Road Regional Play Space, Burnside Heights, Navan Park and Taylors Hill West Recreation Reserve offer play spaces for all abilities.

Melton Botanic Garden

The Melton Botanic Garden currently includes:

  • Indigenous plantings including creek and lake rehabilitation, Indigenous Grassland and the Koori Student Garden

There is seating, BBQ facility, accessible toilets, public car park (Lakewood Boulevard) and walking paths.

The Plant Nursery is located at 21 Williams Street, Melton. The Melton Botanic Gardens public car park is located on Lakewood Boulevard.

Opening hours are Tuesday, Thursday and every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month 10am - 1pm.
