Notice of intention to acquire land

585-607 Coburns Road, Harkness

Melton City Council (Council) gives notice under section 112 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) of its intention to purchase part of the property known as Lot 7 on Plan of Subdivision 085514 and located at 585-607 Coburns Road, Harkness (the Proposal).  The subject land is shown hatched in ‘yellow’ on the proposed plan below. 

The Proposal is that the land be purchased by Agreement.
