Notice of intention to acquire land

435-503 Mt Atkinson Road, Truganina

Melton City Council (Council) gives notice under section 112 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) of its intention to purchase part of the property known as Lot 2 on Plan of Subdivision 14965R and located at 435-503 Mt Atkinson Road, Truganina (the Proposal).  The subject land is shown hatched in ‘red’ on the proposed plans below. 

The Proposal is that the land be vested by Agreement.
