Notice of Intention to Lease - 68-74 Reserve Road, Melton

Melton City Council (Council) gives notice under section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) of its intention to enter into the following lease with Vietnam Veterans Association, in respect of part of the land described on Certificate of Title Volume 8959 Folio 395 being known as Mac’s Cottage Willows Historical Park, 68-74 Reserve Road, Melton as shown marked on the plan.

The principal terms of the lease will be:
10 year term.  Rent $500 plus GST per annum with Fixed 3% increase applied annually.
