Customer Experience Survey

As part of our commitment to improving the services we provide to you, Melton City Council has engaged Customer Service Benchmarking Australia (CSBA) to survey community members who have made a recent enquiry or service request.  

The survey provides an opportunity for customers who have recently contacted Council to provide feedback that will assist Council in understanding where we have done well, and where we can improve. 

You may be contacted by CSBA, either by phone or by email, between 22 April and early June to seek your involvement in the survey. Participation in the survey is optional, and your responses will be anonymous. CSBA will provide an independent report of the findings from this survey, however this report will not contain information which could lead to the identification of individual customers.   

Melton City Council has engaged CSBA as an independent contractor to complete the survey on its behalf and provided your contact details solely for the purposes of conducting this survey. Melton City Council and CSBA comply with strict privacy principles and all relevant privacy laws.
