Privacy complaints

If you feel aggrieved by Council's handling of your personal information you may make a compliant to Council's Privacy Officer in the first instance.  To do so:

  • forward details of your complaint, in writing, to Privacy, PO Box 21, Melton Vic 3337 or,
  • forward details of your complaint by email or
  • telephone the Privacy Officer on (03) 9747 7200

Complaints may also be made to the Information Commissioner although the Commissioner may decline to hear the complaint if it has not first been made to Council.
