Between Feeds – Monthly Mothers’ Group

baby-with-mum.jpg

Ever feel like you’ve lost parts of yourself between feeds? You’re not alone.

Motherhood can feel like it’s all giving , your time, your energy, even your sense of who you are. Somewhere between settling, feeding and worrying, it’s easy to forget your own needs, thoughts and identity.

That’s why Melton Psychology Clinic created Between Feeds: a monthly mothers’ group focused on your mental health.

✨ 20 minutes of gentle, mental‑health focused psycho‑education each session
✨ Safe, welcoming discussion facilitated by a social worker
✨ Babies welcome

A space to pause, reflect, and find small moments of stillness — with real, practical tools and honest conversation about what motherhood really feels like.

First session theme: Emotional regulation — riding the daily rollercoaster.
