Public Notice pursuant to section 114 Local Government Act 2020

Melton City Council (“Council”) gives notice under section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (“the Act”) that Council has granted an easement in favour of Jemena Electricity Networks (ABN 82 064 651 083) for the purpose of electricity supply at 250 Beattys Road, Fraser Rise, Victoria 3336 and as identified as E-1 on the below plan.
