Caroline Springs Boulevard and Rockbank Middle Road Traffic Lights

Works to upgrade the Caroline Springs Boulevard and Rockbank Middle Road intersection have been completed, with the traffic lights now switched on. 

The project included:

• Removal of existing roundabout
• An expansion and realignment of the road
• New traffic lights 
• Landscaping
• New public lighting
• Underground services relocations (electricity, water, gas, and communications) 

The upgrade will improve safety and traffic flow in the area. 

We thank the community for their patience while we completed this important project.
