Disability Advisory Committee (DAC)

Melton City Council’s Disability Advisory Committee (DAC) provides advice to Council on presented strategic directions, policy, plans and service delivery issues in relation to access and inclusion for people with disabilities living, working, studying or visiting the City of Melton.

The Committee meets bi-monthly and is chaired by a Councillor.

Are you passionate about advocacy and inclusion for people with disability? 

We are seeking expressions of interest from community representatives interested in joining the Melton Disability Advisory Committee.

Expressions of interest are open to:

  • a person with disability
  • a disability specific service provider located within the City of Melton.

The term of community representative appointments is June 2024 to December 2024.
