Caroline Springs Boulevard Upgrade Plan

Over the past years Caroline Springs Boulevard have seen significant growth in traffic and in order to meet this demand Melton Council has planned a range of infrastructure improvement.  Caroline Springs Boulevard upgrade plan outlines the time frame for each individual projects.
