One day. One place. Endless fun.

Bring your family and friends and enjoy a day by the lake full of live music, delicious food, market stalls, roving performers and free family entertainment celebrating our diverse community!

Children will be dazzled with our free family-friendly activities including Lady Mohawk’s Craft Tile Workshop, Bebop Circus, the Western Bulldogs and crowd-favourite face painting. Fire performer Jessie McKibbin, circus artist The Amazing Hazel, musician Synthotronica, rainbow giant puppet The Dream Bear and acrobatic comedy duo Circus Shaped will wow the whole family! Come and say hello to our local emergency service heroes and take a snap with some classic cars on display.

Our Harmony Day Stage is celebrating Cultural Diversity Week under the theme, “Culture Connects Us All”. Enjoy intercultural performances, music and interactive workshops, showcasing our city's rich cultural diversity.

Bust a move during our 10-Minute Dance Parties in partnership with JOFmakesART and hosted by local young people!

Walk along Lake Street and explore the boutique Market Village full of quality cultural, artisan, handmade goods and a curated selection of local artists in the Art Market while enjoying a delicious treat from cuisines from around the world.

Take a seat at Melton Much More’s Dining Zone and take advantage of the many deals on offer from local businesses around the lake.

To bring the day into full swing, experience talented lineup acts on the Main Stage including Melody Kin, Ruby Mae, Bananagun, The Stamps, Didirri and headliner The Vanns.

Sensory Friendly Chill-Out Zone

There is A LOT happening at Lakeside Alive, and sometimes it can all be a little bit too exciting and we may need a minute or two to step away and chill out.

That's where our Sensory Friendly Chill-Out Zone comes in, away from the noise and accessible for all. It’s the perfect place for a little rest amongst all the action.

This space will be supervised by a member of Melton City Council's Families and Children team.

The location will be shared closer to the event date.
