Notice of intention to acquire land

718-750 Greigs Road, Thornhill Park

Melton City Council (Council) gives notice under section 112 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) of its intention to purchase part of the property known as Lot 2 on Plan of Subdivision 115881 and located at 718-740 Greigs Road, Thornhill Park (the Proposal).
The subject land is shown hatched in ‘yellow’ on the proposed plan below. 

 

The Proposal is that the land be purchased by Agreement.
