E-waste (or electronic waste) means anything with a cord or battery.
E-waste is growing three times faster than standard local waste. Recovering precious resources and metals through dedicated e-waste recycling helps to protect the environment from potentially hazardous materials and fires.
Recovered e-waste is carefully disassembled and suitable components are shredded, sorted and repurposed to be used in new batteries, electronics, homewares and more.

- Bunnings - household and power tool batteries
- The Good Guys - household batteries, small e-waste items, small domestic appliances with some stores accept TV’s
- Total Tools - household, power tool, mobile and laptop batteries
- Officeworks - small e-wase items, USBs and hard drives
