Build confidence and learn practical self-defence skills in a fun and supportive workshop designed to help you stay aware, feel empowered, and protect yourself.
Time: 1pm - 3pm Cost: FREE
Ages 12 to 17 years.
Full Supervision.
All participants are responsible for making their own way to and from the activity.
