The state-of the art Cobblebank Community Services Hub is another step closer with Melton City Council awarding the contract for its delivery to Kane Constructions.

As Council’s highest value project to date, the new Hub is expected to cost just under $72 million to deliver, with the Australian Government contributing $15 million through its Thriving Suburbs Program and the Victorian Government contributing over $4.6 million through the Growing Suburbs Fund.

The six-level Hub, which is targeting a Green Star Building rating, will provide much-needed support services to the fast-growing community in the City of Melton and opportunities for local employment in the community services area.

Construction is scheduled to start in June 2025 with the Hub expected to be operational by late 2026.
