Donate to help end Period Poverty

Menstruating isn't a choice, but those experiencing period poverty often have to choose between period products or other essential items just to get by.

That’s why, this month, Melton City Libraries is proud to be a collection point for the Share the Dignity Drive. By donating period products, you will ensure women, girls and those who menstruate who are experiencing or at risk of domestic violence, homelessness or poverty have access to period products when they need them. Your generous donations will be distributed to Share the Dignity’s charity partners across Australia.

All donations must be unopened in original packaging. Accepted products include:

  • Pads (disposable and reusable)
  • Tampons
  • Period undies
  • Menstrual cups
  • Incontinence products 

Drop off your donations at Melton or Caroline Springs Libraries from 1 to 31 March 2026. Look out for the pink Share the Dignity box!
