Notice of intention to lease

Melton City Council (Council) gives notice under section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 of its intention to enter into an agreement for lease and lease over part of 42 Hollingsworth Drive, Cobblebank, subject to agreement on terms and conditions. Details of the proposal, are below: 

Land: Part of the land described in Certificate of Title Volume 11436 Folio 552 being Lot 9501 on Plan of Subdivision 926405K and known as 42 Holingsworth Drive, Cobblebank
Tenant: IPC Health Ltd (ABN 68 846 923 225)
Commencement Date: No earlier than 1 January 2027
Term: Ten (10) years with two further terms of five (5) years each
Rent: Based on a market valuation
Permitted Use: Allied health services, including medical and dentistry
