CS Gallery Window Commission: Artist EOI

Expression of Interest close: 11:59pm, Sunday 19 October 2025.

Artist Fee: $5000 + GST

Artwork Concept Design Due (selected artist only): Design and approvals period approx 3 weeks

Melton City Council invites skilled artists to create a graphic artwork that will be reproduced as a digital print for a large-scale gallery window at CS Gallery in Caroline Springs. Unlike previous years, this commission will not have a set theme. Instead, we are leaving it up to the artist to choose their own theme, as this is an Open Call. The work will be printed and installed at no cost to the artist, using Council suppliers. The window design will be on display from January 2026 for a period of no less than 5 months and no more than 10 months.
