CS Gallery Window Commission: Artist EOI

Expression of interest close: 9am, Monday 13 July 2026.

Commission fee (paid to selected artists): $5000 + GST

Artwork concept design due (selected artist only): Design and approvals period approx. 3 weeks

Melton City Council invites skilled artists to create a graphic artwork that will be reproduced as a digital print for a large-scale gallery window at CS Gallery in Caroline Springs. The theme for 2027 is GROWTH. The work will be printed and installed at no cost to the artist, using Council suppliers. 

When

The window design will be on display from January 2027 for a period of no less than 5 months and no more than 10 months.
