Industrial Design Guidelines

Council's  Industrial Design Guidelines set out design expectations for industrial developments and subdivisions across the City of Melton.

They help ensure industrial areas are functional , well-designed, and present a high standard of visual amenity.

The guidelines also provide a clear framework for Council to assess development proposals in industrial areas.

Council adopted the City of Melton Industrial Design Guidelines on 4 April 2016.
