Notice of Intention to Grant Easement

Melton City Council (Council) gives notice under section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 of its intention to grant an easement (Easement) as described below (Proposal):

Easement: The land marked on the Easement Plan and highlighted in purple on the below Easement Plan.

Burdened Land: Part of the land described as Lot GG on Plan of Subdivision PS926405K contained in Certificate of Title Volume 12632 Folio 906, known as 206 Ferris Road, Cobblebank.

The proposal is to grant a 2-metre-wide Easement in favour of Powercor Australia Ltd as an easement in gross pursuant to Section 86A of the Electrical Industry Act 2000.
