Growth Corridor Plans
Growth Corridor Plans set the long term direction for how land in Melbourne’s growth areas will be planned and developed. They help ensure that as new suburbs grow, they include the right mix of housing, local jobs, transport options, parks, schools and community facilities.
Prepared over 18 months, the Plans provide a clear 30 to 40 years vision to guide the development of new communities.
