STRENGTH TRAINING
Strength Training is a program designed for people who want and need to maintain resistance training for health and wellbeing, but are not ready to attend a gym.
Strength training level 1 (beginners)
When: Tuesday 9:30am - 10:30am
Strength training level 2 (intermediate)
When: Monday and Thursday 10am – 11am
(runners and loose clothing must be worn, Doctor's referral maybe required)
BADMINTON (SOCIAL)
When: Friday 7pm - 10pm
Contact Centre Management for court bookings - casual play welcome.
IPLAY (YOUTH 12-25 YRS)
When: Thursday (during school terms) 3.30pm - 5.30pm
iPlay is a FREE recreational program for young people aged 12-25 years. With a range of sports under the one roof, the program is designed to increase activity levels and fitness while making new friends.
CASUAL PLAY
When: Wednesday and Friday 3.30pm - 4.30pm
Days and times vary throughout school term and school holidays. Contact Centre Management for daily times.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, BYO ball.
GET ACTIVATED STAY MOTIVATED
When: Wednesdays during school holidays.
Get Activated Stay Motivated is a school holiday activity for pre-school and primary school aged children. Local sporting clubs provide “Come 'n' Try” sessions to promote their sport and activities. Sports and activities for 1-12yrs
KIDS FIT KINDERGYM
When: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
An active program for preschool children to develop their motor skills.
