Notice of Intention to Lease - 42 Hollingsworth Drive, Cobblebank

Melton City Council (Council) gives notice under section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 of its intention to enter into an agreement for lease and lease over part of 42 Hollingsworth Drive, Cobblebank, subject to agreement on terms and conditions.

The Cobblebank Community Hub has been purpose-built to adapt to the changing needs of the community. The building has been designed to support the delivery a broad range of allied health, community, education and human service accommodation needs integrating community organisations and commercial providers.

Council proposes entering the following lease:

Land

Part of the land described in Certificate of Title Volume 11436 Folio 552 being Lot 9501 on Plan of Subdivision 926405K and known as 42 Hollingsworth Drive, Cobblebank.

Tenant

Orygen Limited (ABN 85 098 918 686)

Commencement Date

No earlier than 1 January 2027

Term

Ten (10) years with two (2) further terms of five (5) years

Rent

Market value, as determined by a certified practicing valuer

Rent Increase

3% per annum

Permitted Use

Allied health services.
