Diggers Rest Children's and Community Centre will provide the space needed for 3 and 4 year old kindergarten for families living in the fast-growing area. It will also include maternal and child health services and rooms that the community can use.

Construction is expected to commence in September 2026 with the facility operational from January 2028.
