Project Background

In 2020, Melton City Council received $200,000 in funding from the Victorian State Government through the Suburban Revitalisation Program to prepare a revitalisation plan for the Melton Town Centre.

The project responded to changing retail patterns, economic pressures and competition from surrounding centres, with the aim of repositioning the town centre as a vibrant, welcoming and economically resilient destination.
