Public Notification for Planning Applications over 2025/2026 Festive/New Year Holiday Period

It is Council’s practice to extend the Public Notification during the festive period of December/January.

The standard 14 day notice period (two weeks) will be extended to 28 days (4 weeks), with the extended period excluding public holidays.

The extended 28 day advertising period commences on Monday 15 December 2025.

The standard 14 day notification period will recommence on Monday 12 January 2026.

Advertised planning applications

An 'advertised' planning application is a planning permit submitted to us that does not yet have approval. It is available for public viewing and comments can be submitted for consideration.
