Fraser Rise Children's and Community Centre

This large community facility operates as a registered neighbourhood house, provides 3-year and 4-year old kindergarten as well as Maternal and Child Health nurse services.

There are two large community spaces for hire for community activities. Room hire is subject to assessment to ensure that activities fit with the community focus of the centre.

This venue is available for private functions.

No alcohol can be consumed at this venue. 

Please note: not available for ongoing hire on Saturdays and Sundays.

Training room 1

• Accommodates 24 people seated, 40 people standing
• 24 chairs, 12 tables
• Equipped with TV unit for presentations (BYO HDMI cable).

Training room 2

• Accommodates 12 people seated, 21 people standing
• 12 chairs, 4 tables
• Equipped with TV unit for presentation (BYO HDMI cable)

Other areas

• Kitchenette accessible to the public in the lounge area including fridge and hot water tap.
• Community kitchen accessible to Community Room or can be hired as a separate space
  • Contains 2 ovens, 2 electric stove tops, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. No crockery or utensils provided.

• Sunday to Thursday 8am - 10pm
• Friday & Saturday: 8am - 12am

There is ample car parking at the adjacent to the building.
