Lifestylers Walking Group
The group comprises of approximately 30 walkers each week and walks through a variety of scenic routes across Melton and beyond, followed by a cuppa and chat.

Nordic Walking
Aimed at resident aged 50yrs+ nordic walking assists with improving balance, posture and muscle strength, with less impact through the knees.
When: Friday weekly
Time: 9.00am-10.00am
Location: Dining Room, rear of Melton Seniors and Learning Centre, 1 McKenzie St, Melton.
Cost: Free, but Nordic Poles can be hired for $10per month

Chair Exercise
Ideal for seniors and people with mobility impairments looking for a low impact exercise option.
When: Monday and Wednesdays
Time: 9:30am-10:30am
Cost: $3 per session

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient and gentle Chinese exercise program that is practised around the world. It involves slow and controlled movements to improve flexibility, muscle strength, balance and fitness.
When: Tuesday weekly
Time: 1pm – 2:15pm
Location: Bridge Rd Community Centre, 260 Bridge Rd, Melton South.
Cost: $3 per session

Strength Training Classes
Our strength training classes are designed for both men and women of all ages and abilities, progressing at a pace that suits YOU!
Class 1 (Beginners): Tuesdays 9:30am-10:30am
Class 2 (Intermediate): Mondays 10:00am – 11:00am and Thursdays 10:00am – 11:00am
Where: Caroline Springs Leisure Centre, 9 The Parade, Caroline Springs
Cost: $7 per session
