Daughters of the West
Daughters of the West is a FREE health program for those who identify as women aged 18 and over who live, work and play in Victoria’s west, delivered in partnership with Western Bulldogs Community Foundation.
The 10-week program consists of weekly 2-hour sessions, involving:
- a health education component featuring guest speakers who cover a range of topics from nutrition to gender equity
- physical activity sessions run by local health experts, designed to suit all fitness levels and abilities
- presentations from experts and people with lived experiences.
