Daughters of the West

Daughters of the West is a FREE women’s health program for women aged 18 and over living, working and recreating in Victoria’s west.

The Western Bulldogs Community Foundation and partners are very happy to announce that Daughters of the West is back for 2021!

The 10 week program aims to improve women's health and wellbeing through a series of workshops, presentations, events and experiences.

Activities are held locally throughout the municipality and cater for all levels of knowledge and fitness.  There is also an option for those that prefer to participate in the program online via Zoom.

Registrations for the 2021 program have now closed.  If you would like to be notified when registrations are open for the 2022 program, please join our mailing list by contact: dellr@melton.vic.gov.au.

A note about safety:
For COVID safety, group sizes will be limited and all participants must have an Eventbrite ticket for that location.  Unfortunately, Daughters of the West participants won't be able to attend multiple locations.
In line with government and health department advice, there will be a range of strategies to keep everyone safe.  If there is a community risk and authorities recommend stopping face to face program delivery, the program will transition online.
