Sylvia Bakes With Heart is a home based, council registered kitchen based in Caroline Springs.

Sylvia has over 20 years of experience baking for special events, with a passion for creativity and flavour. She believes a cake should not only look beautiful but taste amazing.

We provide a choice of butter based or mud cakes in a range of popular flavours, along with sugar cookies or cupcakes for that little something extra on the side. We love Weddings, Birthdays and every event in between, and are also experienced in catering for large companies, previous clients including Target Australia and the University of Melbourne.
