Inclusive Healthcare Australia (IHA) provides specialised clinical services for people with complex disability-related health needs across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Our services include Complex Community Nursing, High Intensity Clinical Services and RN Clinical Consultancy, with clinical assessment, care planning, participant-specific support worker training and competency assessment, nursing care and ongoing clinical oversight.
We work alongside participants, families, Support Coordinators and disability providers to provide clinical expertise that complements existing supports. IHA also provides flexible external RN expertise to NDIS providers supporting participants with complex and High Intensity needs.
