Taylors Hill Recreation Reserve
This ground is used by:
- Westside Strikers Soccer Club
- Sydenham-Hillside Cricket Club
Taylors Hill Sportsground Redevelopment
Project works commenced early August 2025 and are expected to be completed mid-May 2026.
It will see the reconstruction of the site's three soccer pitches and two cricket grounds, inclusive of new sports lighting and perimeter fencing.
Upgrades will deliver high quality, compliant, sportsgrounds to support the volume of participation expected across soccer and cricket at the venue for years to come.
To ensure the safety of the community and workers onsite, the recreation reserve will be closed for the entire duration of the project. Access to the playground and concrete walking path surrounding the reserve will remain open.
Temporary Fencing will surround the perimeter of the Recreation Reserve and a section of the carparking space, while leaving accessibility to the playground and surrounding concrete walking paths throughout the duration.
