Melton City Council has partnered with Western Animal Care to help residents access affordable cat desexing.
Eligible residents can have their cat desexed for just $100 per animal (a saving of up to $100 per animal) at the clinic in Sunshine, with up to two cats per household able to take part in the program.
The offer is available to both homeowners and renters who keep a cat at their address within the City of Melton. Proof of residency, such as a rates notice or utility bill, will be required when booking.
As a bonus, participating cat owners will receive free cat registration with Council for the 2026/27 registration period, valid until 10 April 2027 (Available for new registrations only).

Places are limited, and bookings are essential. The offer is available until 30 June 2027.
