School Holiday Program
Game of Loans
Join us in January for a battle like no other!
It's a library vs library summer reading challenge, with Melton City Libraries competing against Yarra Libraries. Can you help us read the most books?
There's prizes and exclusive badges for your Beanstack profile to be won!
Children across the City of Melton will need to work as a team to read more than the children in the City of Yarra. The library service that logs the most books read at the end of the program will win the Game of Loans crown, but there are prizes to win too!
How the challenge works:
- Register online via Beanstack
- Read (or listen to) as many books as possible during the month of January. Challenge is open: 1 January - 31 January 2021.

Our School holiday program is out now, and bookings are open for cartooning, spectacular selfies, Shaun Tan on Zoom, and much more! Some of these programs will even get you bonus badges for the Game of Loans, giving you more chances to win a prize.
