How to stay healthy at home

Right now, there’s a lot of talk about staying healthy at home, and if it’s making you think about getting more active, eating better, or taking some time out for your mental wellbeing, then we’re here to help.

Council has a number of expert teams dedicated to guiding your wellness through a range of programs, services and resources.

We have fitness classes for all ages run by personal trainers and physiologists, meditation and yoga sessions by qualified instructors, cooking lessons by dieticians and chefs, and mental health information guided by therapists and industry experts.
