Cr Lara Carli elected Mayor of Melton

Councillor Lara Carli has been elected the City of Melton Mayor and Cr Julie Shannon elected Deputy Mayor until November 2023 at a council meeting on Thursday night.

Cr Carli thanked former Mayor Cr Goran Kesic for his hard work and dedication to the community over the past year.

Cr Carli is serving her third term on Council and was previously Mayor in 2019/20 and Deputy Mayor in 2021/22 and 2018/19.
