| Construction has commenced on the Melton Library and Learning Hub this week. Melton Shire Council Mayor, Cr Justin Mammarella JP, welcomed the start of the construction phase and said the project would deliver a state-of-the-art integrated community hub for the Shire’s fast growing community. |
