Your property valuation is used to calculate how much you pay in rates. Council must value properties every two years.
The 2012/2013 valuations are based on a valuation as at 1 January 2012.
Lodging an objection to your property valuation
If you wish to object to your valuation, you need to submit a completed form within 60 days of receiving your Valuation Notice or Supplementary Notice.

Instalments must be paid regardless of the objection being completed or interest penalty will apply.
