| Note: “All Offices” includes Civic Centre, Caroline Springs Civic Library, Youth Centre, Aged Precinct, Melton Library, Operations Centre, Community Centres, and Maternal and Child Health Centres.

| There are two civic centres in the Shire of Melton, both of which are staffed with Customer Service Officers who will provide you with the highest standard of personalised services. If you contact us by mail, e-mail or fax we will pass your request on to the appropriate department and have an officer contact you within five working days.

| Complaints Procedures | | We are committed to resolving your concerns. If you feel you have not been provided with the service you expect you can lodge a complaint with the Council. An officer will be personally responsible for handling your complaint and you will be advised of their details.
