| Council Land Development
Expressions of Interest for the development of Council’s 381 hectares within the Toolern Precinct have closed and strong interest was shown from the development industry. A shortlist of four has been established and a preferred development partner is likely to be announced in early 2011.
| | The Pegasus Project
In partnership with Harness Racing Victoria and Ecnam Properties, this project focuses primarily on the land north of the Melbourne/Ballarat railway line.
| | Toolern Creek Regional Park
Parks Victoria and Melton Shire Council are moving ahead with the creation of Toolern Regional Park, which will cover 130 hectares in Melton South and will extend from Bridge Road through to Greigs Road.
