The Brimbank Melton Community Legal Centre, a program of Community West, provides free legal help to people who live, work or study in the Brimbank, Melton and Bacchus Marsh communities.  The Centre serves one of the fastest growing and most culturally diverse regions in Melbourne with offices in St Albans and Melton, and outreach delivered at the Family Relationships Centre in Sunshine and the Bacchus Marsh Magistrates' Court.

Our work falls into four main categories: legal information and referrals, legal advice and case work, community legal information and law reform and advocacy.

At our Melton office, we run a drop-in legal advice clinic on Tuesdays (bookings essential, call 9747 5240) and divorce workshops every second month on Thursday mornings.  We can provide legal help in relation to a range of legal issues, and if we cannot assist, we can provide legal information or a referral to the appropriate service to assist you.
