Communications Infrastructure Policy Framework

Council has commenced the development of the Communications Infrastructure Policy Framework.  This Policy Framework will seek to guide the siting and design of communications infrastructure including mobile telecommunications facilities and facilities which support the National Broadband Network (NBN).

Importantly, it will also help facilitate excellent telecommunications and NBN coverage in the municipality to service the community.

We have prepared a draft Communications Infrastructure Policy Framework(PDF, 1MB) and we are now seeking your feedback.

We will be holding two drop-in sessions which will be an opportunity for the community to come and ask any questions on the draft document.
