Council meetings are recorded and all 2013 meeting recordings are included with the agenda, minutes and appendicies using the links above. The files are in .mp3 format and can be listened to online or downloaded to your computer.

All interested members of the public are invited to attend - for any further information please contact the Council's Civic Centre on 9747 7200.
Public question time
Persons present in the Public Gallery will be given the opportunity to present any questions to Council during the meeting. All questions must be in writing and placed in the facility available in the Council Chamber Foyer by 7 pm on the evening of the meeting.

These forms must be printed, signed by hand and brought to the meeting.
Questions will be directed through the Mayor to the Council Officer concerned. Questions should be as brief as possible and are limited to two questions from any one person present in the Gallery.
